Mr David Scholtz

Overview

​David is Temporary Lecturer for History and Philosophy of Business Management and a PhD candidate under the supervision of Prof Veli Mitova. David completed his undergraduate and Master's in Philosophy at UJ and has also taught Philosophy at the University of Zululand and the University of Pretoria. David's doctoral research is on developing a novel theory of rationality as a virtue. Such a theory holds promise in unifying various conceptions and uses of rationality across fields in epistemology and ethics, most notably in accounting for the normativity of rationality.
