Dr. Constance Gunhidzirai

Overview

Dr Constance Gunhidzirai is a qualified Social Worker registered with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP). She holds a Bachelor of Social Work Cumlaude in 2014, a Master of Social Science (Social Work) Cumlaude in 2016 and a Doctoral Degree in Social Work in 2020 from the University of Fort Hare in South Africa. Currently, she is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the Centre for Social Development in Africa (CSDA) at the University of Johannesburg. She is also involved in the Community of Practise under the Sihlengimizi Project where she specialises in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis as well as writing up of the articles for publication. Her research work focuses on Social Protection, Community Development, Poverty Alleviation, Child Welfare and Entrepreneurship.
