Since joining UJ in 2018, she has taught construction management, construction technology and construction project management to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Before joining academia permanently, she worked as a junior quantity surveyor in consultancy for major commercial clients. She holds a B-Tech in Quantity Surveying, B -Tech Construction Management, and a M-Tech in Construction Management. She is also an ABE Bailey fellow and currently serves as a marketing ambassador for the department. She is strongly focused on teaching and research. In her teaching, she strives to provide an engaging and active learning experience to her students by applying innovative pedagogical interventions to fully equip students for the industry.
