Elana van der Wath holds a Master of Interior Architecture (Professional) degree from the University of Pretoria, completed as part of an exchange programme with the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Elana has lectured in South Africa, the UK and Hong Kong in both Interior and Exhibition Design. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education and currently teaches in the Department of Interior Design at the University of Johannesburg. Present interests include the exploration of narrative in design and the development and role of exhibition design as a spatial communication medium.
