Mr Gerald Ndlovu Founder and Executive Director - Black Suppliers (Pty) Ltd Founder of the Hardware Retail Training Academy Postgraduate qualification in Business Management Gerald Ndlovu is the Founder and Executive Director for Black Suppliers (Pty) Ltd. He founded Black Suppliers in 2011 as a training and incubation firm for emerging contractors on behalf of public and private sectors. The company runs accredited short programmes for start-up and emerging contractors across the country, holds topic focused quarterly workshops for emerging contractors as well as a flagship annual Emerging Contractors Networking Conference. Gerald is also the Founder of the Hardware Retail Training Academy which imparts expert product knowledge training to sales consultants at premium Hardware Retailers across the country. He holds a Postgraduate qualification in Business Management and has worked for several blue-chip companies over a period of 20 years involved in procurement, business processes and general management.
