Professor Ziska Fields is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Management. She is a FourSight Certified Facilitator, South Africa’s Ambassador for World Creativity and Innovation, and an International Advisory Board Member. Professor Fields is also a Neethling Brain Instruments (NBI®) Practitioner and serves as a Habilitator for the Chair of Innovation Research and Technology Management at Chemnitz University of Technology, Germany. Her research and academic interests lie at the intersection of creativity, innovation, higher education, and entrepreneurship—with a particular focus on developing and fostering creativity within higher education and business contexts. Professor Fields has made significant scholarly contributions, authoring twenty-one book chapters and editing nine IGI Global books, three of which are indexed in Scopus. Her peer-reviewed journal publications span topics such as creativity, education, entrepreneurship, and human resource management. Professor Fields has an extensive supervisory record, having successfully supervised 16 doctoral and 9 master’s students to completion. She has also hosted four postdoctoral research fellows. In addition, she examined over 60 doctoral theses and master’s dissertations across several universities.
