Prof Amasa Philip Ndofirepi is a research associate at the Ali Mazrui Centre for Higher Education Studies and Associate Professor in the Department of Education and Curriculum Studies at the University of Johannesburg. He holds a PhD in Philosophy of Education from the Wits School of Education, University of the Witwatersrand, and a Master's degree in Philosophy of Education from the University of Zimbabwe. His research interests lie in the field of knowledge, change and social justice in the African university.
