Prof Motadi’s cancer genomics and apoptosis including focuses on targeted therapy and immunotherapy in cancer. The research focuses on using cancer patient-derived Ex vivo cells to monitor the response to both therapeutic agents synthesized from natural products. We further look at the biomarkers identified from patient-derived cells as possible therapeutic agents in combination with conventional cancer therapies to reduce the side effects and improve the effectiveness of the therapy.
