Dr Ugljesa Radulovic

Overview

Biography Dr Ugljesa Radulovic is a researcher at the University of Johannesburg’s (UJ) Department of Sociology (Faculty of Humanities). With over a decade of experience in academia, he has dedicated his research to the intricacies of group dynamics, ethics, and the critical role of whistleblowing. As such, he has numerous peer-reviewed publications, which have centred around academic dishonesty, corruption, state capture, and whistleblowing. His current focus resides on legislative instruments for the protection of whistleblowers, and whistleblower support in the absence of adequate statutory protection. He has lectured on undergraduate and postgraduate levels at UJ’s Department of Sociology and on the postgraduate level at UJ’s School of Public Management and Governance (College of Business and Economics). Moreover, he supervises postgraduate students largely conducting research on ethics, group dynamics, and active citizenship. Dr Radulovic is the Deputy Editor at the African Journal of Business Ethics, and serves on the Executive Committee of The Business Ethics Network of Africa.
